पिछले साल रिलीज हुई फिल्म "एक था टाइगर" ने बड़े परदे पर जबरदस्त धूम
मचाई थी....

इस फिल्म ने कमाई के सारे रिकार्ड तोड दिये थे और फिल्म के
हीरो सलमान खान ने भी खूब पैसा और वाहवाही बटोरी थी...

की तरह बहुत मशहूर तो नहीँ है और शायद ही कोई इनके बारे मेँ
जानता हो या किसी ने सुना हो? इनका नाम था रवीन्द्र कौशिक....

राजस्थान के श्रीगंगानगर मेँ पले बढ़े रवीन्द्र ने 23 साल की उम्र मेँ
ग्रेजुएशनकरने के बाद RAW ज्वाइन की थी, तब तक भारत पाकिस्तान और
चीन के साथ एक-एक लड़ाई लड़ चुका था और पाकिस्तान भारत के
खिलाफ एक और युद्ध की तैयारी कर रहा था... जब भारतीय
सेना को इसकी भनक लगी तो साल 1975 में कौशिक को भारतीय जासूस
के तौर पर खुफिया मिशन के लिए पाकिस्तान भेजा गया और वहाँ उन्हें
नबी अहमद शेख़ का नाम दिया गया. पाकिस्तान पहुंच कर कौशिक ने
कराची के लॉ कॉलेज में दाखिल लिया और कानून में
स्तानककी डिग्री हासिल की. इसके बाद वो पाकिस्तानी सेना में
शामिल हो गए और मेजर के रैंक तक पहुंच गए, लेकिन पाकिस्तान
सेना को कभी ये अहसास ही नहीं हुआ कि उनके बीच एक भारतीय जासूस
काम कर रहा है. कौशिक को वहां एक पाकिस्तानी लड़की अमानत से
प्यार भी हो गया, दोनों ने शादी कर ली और उनकी एक बेटी भी हुई..
ग्रेजुएशनकरने के बाद RAW ज्वाइन की थी, तब तक भारत पाकिस्तान और
चीन के साथ एक-एक लड़ाई लड़ चुका था और पाकिस्तान भारत के
खिलाफ एक और युद्ध की तैयारी कर रहा था... जब भारतीय
सेना को इसकी भनक लगी तो साल 1975 में कौशिक को भारतीय जासूस
के तौर पर खुफिया मिशन के लिए पाकिस्तान भेजा गया और वहाँ उन्हें

दौरान पाकिस्तान के हर कदम पर भारत
भारी पड़ता था क्योंकि उसकी सभी योजनाओं की जानकारी कौशिक
की ओर से भारतीय अधिकारियों को दे दी जाती थी. इनकी बताई
जानकारियोँ के बलबूते पर भारत ने पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ हर मोर्चे पर
रणनीति तैयार की! पाकिस्तान तो भारत के खिलाफ कारगिल युद्ध से
काफी पहले ही युद्ध छेड़ देता पर रवीन्द्र के रहते ये संभव ना हो पाया.. केवल
एक आदमी ने पाकिस्तान को खोखला कर दिया था! भारतीय
सेना को रवीन्द्र के जरिये रणनीति बनाने का पूरा मौका मिला और
पाकिस्तान जिसने कई बार राजस्थान से सटी सीमा पर युद्ध छेड़ने
का प्रयास किया उसे मुँह की खानी पड़ी!
दौरान पाकिस्तान के हर कदम पर भारत
भारी पड़ता था क्योंकि उसकी सभी योजनाओं की जानकारी कौशिक
की ओर से भारतीय अधिकारियों को दे दी जाती थी. इनकी बताई
जानकारियोँ के बलबूते पर भारत ने पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ हर मोर्चे पर
रणनीति तैयार की! पाकिस्तान तो भारत के खिलाफ कारगिल युद्ध से
काफी पहले ही युद्ध छेड़ देता पर रवीन्द्र के रहते ये संभव ना हो पाया.. केवल

ने अपने इरादों के बारे में साफ़ साफ़ बता दिया और साथ ही कौशिक
की पहचान को भी उजागर करदिया. हालांकि रवीन्द्र ने किसी तरह
भागकर खुद को बचाने के लिये भारत सरकार से अपील की.. पर सच्चाई
सामने आने के बाद तत्कालीन इंदिरा गाँधी सरकार ने उसे भारत वापिस

फिर पाकिस्तान में कौशिक को 1985 में मौत की सजा सुनाई गई जिसे
बाद में उम्रकैद में तब्दील कर दिया गया. कौशिक को मियांवाली की जेल
में रखा गया और वही टीबी और दिल का दौरा पड़ने से उनकी मौत
हो गई....
